This policy covers quote requests
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Shared Jet Flights. Wherever this page says “we”, it refers to that broker.
Shared Jet Flights is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
We collect only what you send
A request gives us the organiser’s name, email and phone number, and the trip: route, dates, group size, trip type, how you plan to split and any notes. We also see the page that referred you and campaign tags in your link, such as utm_source or utm_campaign. The splitter runs in your browser, so the numbers you try there are never sent to us.
We use it for three things
Pricing the trip and replying with options; arranging the flight if your group books; and, if the organiser ticked the box, sending occasional group-friendly offers such as empty legs. That box is never pre-ticked, and every offer email includes a way out.
Who we share it with
The operator that flies your group, and the providers we rely on to quote and book: the operator’s scheduling staff, any ground services you ask for, and the hosting and email services behind this site. Nobody buys your details from us, because we do not sell them.
How long we keep it
For as long as the trip and its paperwork need it, and then only for the period that tax and accounting law requires. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
What you can ask us to do
Show you the information we hold, correct it, or delete it. To ask, reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form; we will act on it and tell you when it is done.
No tracking
There are no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts here, and no cookies other than any that are strictly necessary to serve the site.
Security
Pages and requests are encrypted in transit, and only the people arranging your trip can open your request. Please leave passport and payment card numbers out of the notes.
Children
Requests should come from adults. We do not knowingly collect children’s data; when children travel, the organiser supplies only what the operator needs.
Changes
Updates to this policy will appear on this page with a new effective date.
